PAW POLICY

Weβre happy to welcome your furry friends! Please review our pet guidelines below:
π Pet Limit & Fees
- Maximum: 2 pets per apartment
- Weight limit: 40 lbs each
- One-time fee: $150 (non-refundable)
- Monthly rent: $25 per pet
π Requirements Before Move-In
- Pet addendum must be signed
- Pet fees must be paid in full
π‘ Responsible Pet Ownership
- Pets must be under control at all times
- Please pick up after pets β waste stations provided
- Animals must be leashed outside except in the Paw Park
π« Breed Restrictions
The following breeds (including mixes or hybrids) are not permitted:
- American Bulldog
- American Pit Bull Terrier
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Akita
- Bullmastiff
- Chow Chow
- Doberman Pinscher
- German Shepherd
- Great Dane
- Husky / Malamute
- Karelian Bear Dog
- Presa Canario
- Rottweiler
- Staffordshire Terrier
- Any attack/guard dog
- No snakes allowed
Service Animals
Service animals are always welcome with appropriate documentation.
