PAW POLICY

🐾  Prior to move-in, pet addendum must be signed; pet deposit and fees must be received.

🐾  A maximum of two pets per apartment home are permitted.

🐾  Pets shall not exceed the restricted weight limit: 30 pounds.

🐾  The following breeds are not permitted on the community:

• 🐾  American Staffordshire Terriers
• 🐾  American Pit Bull Terrier
• 🐾  Staffordshire Bull Terriers
• 🐾  Pit Bulls;
• 🐾  Doberman Pinschers;
• 🐾  Rottweiler’s;
• 🐾  Chows;
• 🐾  Bull Mastiffs;
• 🐾  German Shepherds;
• 🐾  Any mixed breed animal which includes one or more of the breeds listed above;
• 🐾  Any trained attack or guard dog;
• 🐾  Any fighting dog or dog bred for fighting;

🐾  Cats must be spayed or neutered.

🐾  A copy of veterinarian records and current immunizations are required prior to move in.

🐾  No exotic pets, such as rabbits, ferrets, snakes, gerbils, hamsters, rats, mice, chinchillas, or large birds.

🐾  Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.
